What we collect

This website does not run analytics trackers and does not set advertising cookies. If you buy a template, your purchase happens on Payhip, which collects the details needed to process your order (name, email address and payment information). Payment is handled by Payhip and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

• Delivering the template you bought, including the download email.
• Answering support requests you send to our email address.
• If you opted in on a free product, sending occasional Gridwell emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• Share your details with third parties beyond the services needed to run the store (Payhip and its payment processors).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by emailing heirsonsolutions@outlook.com. Unsubscribing from emails takes one click at the bottom of any email.
